Today was election day so mommy did not have to keep any extra kiddos. So this morning Mommy and Maw Maw took Gracie to get her nine month pictures. She did so well and looked like such a doll. This afternoon Mommy and Daddy took Gracie to her nine month old check up at the doctor. She is now weighing in at 18lbs 14oz and 28in long. She was such a big girl only crying for a minute during her flu shot and not crying at all when they pricked her toe.

Not only did we have our first halloween this week but Gracie also got her first big girl car seat, got her first big lip, and got into trouble!

Grace experinced her first halloween last night. She was such a cutie in her custom and didn't seem to mind wearing it. Her daddy got off early from work (for the last day of the month) and so that we could take her around the town to show off to some of our friends. She ended up with a whole bunch of candy. We even let her have a few licks of a sucker at the end of the night!

I am not sure if Grace is crying because the ducks are getting to close or because I am feeding them with "Her" cherrios.

Today was such a pretty day that the girls and I decided to take a little trip to the park. It is such a pretty place to take pictures.

We have spent this past weekend in Coweta County, GA. Chad's U11 boys played in a tournament down there. The boys played great and Grace was wonderful out in the cold windy weather. Grace even got to meet Mommy's and Daddy's friend from college, Danielle.

Coweta Boys U12 finalist!!! Way to go!

These past nine months sure have been faster then the nine months she was in the womb!
Grace is doing great! She LOVES table foods. She cries for more until we remove her from the table. She is now wearing big girl shoes because we could not keep socks on her feet to keep her feet warm. She looks so big with them on. Gracie is starting to let go of furniture, but as soon as she realizes what she did she sits down. She is beginning to figure out that if she holds on to your fingers she can walk around the room. She trys to sing along with the Elmo song. The one that goes...Lalalala lalalala Elmo's World. Hers sounds more like this yayaya yaya ya..... It is so fun to watch her. She loves to be thrown around and to hang upside down. And her second tooth popped through a few days ago.

Grace got to spend some time with cousin Hudson! Of course Aunt Amy didn't get to see too much of them, but they had tons of fun with Mike and Angela.

Grace had her first baby cookie this past week. I am not sure how much went in her tummy and how much stayed on her face!

Daddy had off work today, so we loaded up the car and went to the mountains for the day. We first went to Burt's Pumpkin Patch. We took pictures, went on a hay ride and picked out pumpkins to bring home. Afterwards we went up the road to Amicalola Falls to have a picinic. We finished the day at the outlet malls.

Gracie is another month older. She has accomplished so much in the last few weeks. She is crawling everywhere. She can crawl to sit, she can pull up on furniture and cruise around the furniture. In fact, today, she went from the coffee table to the ottoman. She can wave bye-bye, play peek-a-boo, and answer "How big is Grace?"...with her hands over her head for "SO big!". She is such a joy to spend time with. She is eating some table food and loves it. We haven't found anything that she refuses to eat. Her first tooth popped through Monday! She has been so good, I had no idea she was even teething.
First time standing up in her crib. Once she gets up she doesn't know how to get back down. It makes nap time very interesting.

Grace loves pulling up and playing on her table.

"How big is Gracie?"

Every time I go out with Erin and Grace, people always ask if they are twins. SO...Maw Maw bought them matching outfits just to throw everyone for even more of a loop. I had fun taking pictures of them.
