What a weekend...

This weekend is over!!! It was a long weekend for us. Chad had a soccer tournament with a total of four games in two days. He also played in an adult game on Sunday afternoon which equals a total of five games. Good thing we love being outdoors. We also went to Chad's Mema's birthday party on Saturday afternoon. Grace undoubtedly was not feeling well because she throw up in the middle of the party. Amy also gracefully fell down a hill at the soccer game and bruised up her leg and ankle. Thank goodness this weekend is over!!!

15 months

Today Grace is 15 months old. Every month has been my favorite month. She continues to try to imitate people around her. She loves to climb. She has figured out she can push certain toys against furniture to climb onto. She has a few words that she says ALL the time; MA (loves to scream it at the top of her lungs), dada, dog, ball, baby, hey and voom (for car). She is trying others words like Hudson, up, hello etc. She has the gibberish talk when "reading" books and "talking" on the phone or either someone has been teaching her another language. She is almost running, Grace and Erin love to chash each other around the house. She has had her first skinned knee from just walking down the sidewalk. She is tanning nicely from being at the soccer fields, she has her daddy's skin. Today we made a trip to the doctors for our check-up. She weighs 22lbs 8ozs in the 50th percentile and was 32 inches tall in the 90th percentile. She continues to grow like a weed.

Birthday Weekend

This weekend was mom's weekend because it was her birthday! On Friday night we all went to Blue Willow Inn to meet Maw Maw and Paw Paw for dinner. There was a big surprise waiting there for us...Aunt Carrie, Uncle Eric and Hudson drove all the way in from South Carolina to celebrate too. It was the best surprise ever!!!

On Saturday we soccered it almost ALL day, it was a beautiful day. That evening we had dinner with good friends.

On Sunday we went to The Orchards new home and made our mark. As the building is going up, it is at a stage were we were able to go in with paint and leave a message that will always be there but never be seen. It was a really neat thing to do.

Who would think that a 14 month old would enjoy dressing up. She is my GIRL!

One pretty day

Lately there has not been very many pretty days in Georgia with the wind, rain, and drop in temperatures. But Grace found one day last week to enjoy the backyard and the new toys.

We had one full fun week. Aunt Carrie, Uncle Eric and Hudson arrived in GA on Monday. We shared a lot of fun time with them. Hudson even had a sleep over party with us on Wednesday night.
